Nationwide Private Client Expands into New States with ISCS Solution

Staff Writer | January 15, 2016

ISCS announces Nationwide Private Client has gone live with new policy administration capabilities in three states, Nebraska, New Mexico and Utah, building on the successful launch of 17 other states over the past 18 months.

ISCS’s SurePower Innovation is the backbone for that successful expansion, providing Private Client with the scalability, flexibility and agility needed to serve an important and demanding customer base.

Private Client serves an affluent audience and policyholder profile by providing coverage for home, auto, collections, personal excess liability, secondary residences, and additional exposures. At Nationwide, Private Client offers a concierge claim service and one-on-one support from risk solution advisors drawing on the agility and responsiveness inherent to a niche insurance company.

“Our clients have high expectations for our services, and SurePower Innovation is integral to making sure we meet and even exceed those expectations,” says Jim Pedersen, president, Nationwide Private Client. “SurePower Innovation has already enabled us to expand our product offerings and client base, without compromising the consistently high level of service we provide to all our customers.”

Building on this success, Private Client will tap into SurePower Innovation to expand into another six states and launch a mobile app in early 2016. The mobile app, Private Client Connect, will give agents and clients remote access to important policy information and will offer a number of capabilities, including making a payment and reporting a claim.

“We are quite proud of the speed with which we were able to complete the initial implementation of SurePower Innovation for Private Client, going live in just under ten months,” says Andy Scurto, president of ISCS. “While on-scope and on-time delivery is important, speed-to-market never falls second to quality, and the continued expansion of this implementation certainly speaks to the satisfaction of Private Client and its customer base with the functionality we have delivered so far.”
