Fusion Selects One, Inc. Software

Fusion, a company that drives increased performance of optimized purchasing experiences on global e-commerce platforms, and One, Inc., a provider of software products to the P&C industry, announce that Fusion will begin utilizing One, Inc.’s ProcessOne, ContactOne,  PolicyOne, and AppOne components.

Fusion will initially be using One, Inc.’s payment processing and multi-device communication components, ProcessOne and ContactOne, with future plans to also implement the AppOne component.

“Fusion’s pay for performance business model means we only succeed when our clients succeed. Therefore, we require a partner that has the same commitment to innovative technologies and customer service,” says David White, vice president planning and PMO for Fusion.

Fusion selected One, Inc.’s suite of software to:

  • Support multi-device, 24/7 communications and real-time access to payment information;
  • Provide a higher level of service and increase customer retention via automated calling and messaging;
  • Manage their payment processing and daily cash reconciliation;
  • Facilitate the rollout and provide core policy processing and agency management functions for their personal automobile business.
